Key Responsibilities
● Contact and engage with new leads to guide them through the onboarding process
● Present our products and services while assisting clients with their first deposits
● Respond to client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy
● Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term retention
● Keep all client information accurate and up to date in the CRM system
● Consistently meet and strive to exceed personal and team sales targets
Qualifications & Skills
● Fluency in English, plus one of the following: Arabic, Czech, Swedish, Danish,
Spanish, Portuguese, French or German
● Proven sales experience, ideally within forex or trading environments
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset
● Experience using CRM systems
