Aliathon Resort – Paphos, Cyprus

Aliathon Resort is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join its leadership team and lead the next phase of growth across its hospitality, conference, events and commercial operations.

Operating year-round, Aliathon Resort is one of Cyprus’ leading hospitality destinations, offering hotel accommodation, apartment-style units, conference and event facilities, food & beverage outlets, and a vibrant commercial frontage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the resort’s sales and marketing strategy.
• Increase direct bookings and optimise channel performance.
• Strengthen brand positioning and market visibility.
• Manage digital marketing, social media, PR and promotional campaigns.
• Develop relationships with tour operators, travel partners, corporate clients and key accounts.
• Analyse market trends, competition and commercial performance.
• Lead and develop the sales and marketing team.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing.
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, distribution channels and revenue generation.
• Fluency in English. Additional languages will be considered an advantage.
