Cartridge World Cyprus — a leading office supply company and a trusted, 20+ year Cyprus brand — is looking for a confident, sales-driven person to join our Pafos store. This isn't a “stand behind the till and wait” role. We need someone who's just as sharp closing a deal on the phone as they are helping a customer at the counter.

Full time and Part-time position available.

What you'll be doing

•        Assisting the day-to-day store operations: stock, orders, customer service, till/POS

•        Proactively driving sales — in-store, by email, and by phone.

•        Building genuine customer relationships and following up with outbound calls to existing and prospective B2C and small business customers

•        Spotting upsell and cross-sell opportunities to help hit and beat store targets

•        Keeping clean, accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

What you bring

•        A proven track record in retail or telephone sales — real numbers, real results

•        Confidence on the phone, and comfortable making outbound calls (not just taking them)

•        Strong organization, reliability, and the ability to work independently during your shift

•        Fluent Greek and English

•        40 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8.00-6.00 and Wednesday 8.00-4.00)

•        Flexibility for part-time hours
