We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Habanos Terrace (Radisson Blue Hotel), Larnaka.
At the heart of our success is our commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
Promote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers.
Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.
Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand.
Support daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration.
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
Able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.
Ability to understand and apply sales techniques.
Reliable, team oriented with attention to detail.
Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.
Clean criminal record.
Remuneration and benefits
Fixed monthly salary based on the worked hours ( minimum hours per week 20)
Monthly commission based on sales
13th Salary
Participation in the company’s Provident Fund scheme
Paid annual leave as per Cyprus Law
