Phoenicia Fereos Cyprus Ltd is a leading tobacco distribution company, proudly representing globally brands such as Habanos S.A., Imperial Brands, British American Tobacco and Oettinger Davidoff. We are currently seeking passionate and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our team at Habanos Specialist Landmark in Nicosia.

At the heart of our success is our commitment to exceptional customer service. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand—delivering a premium customer experience, building lasting relationships and ensuring our high standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.

• Promote and sell our tobacco products by actively engaging with customers.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend products that best suit their needs.

• Ensure the store environment is consistently clean, organized and visually aligned with the premium image of our brand.

• Support daily operations and contribute to the team’s goals through effective communication and collaboration.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role.

• Able to interact with customers in a friendly and professional way, creating a welcoming and helpful experience.

• Ability to understand and apply sales techniques.

• Reliable, team oriented with attention to detail.

• Fluency in Greek and English is essential. Knowledge of other languages is a strong advantage.

• Clean criminal record.

Remuneration and benefits

• Fixed monthly salary

• Monthly commission based on sales

• 13th Salary

Work Hours

The working hours are 38 hours per week to be allocated in mornings and/or afternoons of the week.
