Sales Assistant
📍 Kiabi Store – The Mall of Cyprus

Hudson Group is an international retailer and distributor primarily involved in the sport and fashion wear sectors. The Group’s Head Office is in Malta but is also present through offices in Italy, Cyprus, Morocco, Nigeria, Algeria and Greece.

Though Hudson Holdings was founded in 2006, the Group’s roots reach as far as back as 1987 when the first pair of NIKE was sold in Malta.

KIABI is France’s leading prêt-à-porter retailer with over 10,000 employees of 60 different nationalities. Established in 1978 in the North of France, KIABI revolutionised off-the-peg fashion with the introduction of low-cost fashion for the whole family, a concept which had never been seen before.

As a symbol of simplicity, universality and joy of living, KIABI proposes ranges that are created in France by an in-house team of 56 fashion designers.

The key duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:

·       Deliver a personalised and high-quality customer experience, supporting all aspects of the sales journey.

·       Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.

·       Process transactions accurately, including handling cash and payments.

·       Maintain store standards, ensuring the shop floor is clean, organised, and visually appealing.

·       Replenish stock and support inventory accuracy, reporting any discrepancies.

·       Manage customer queries and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

·       Support visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.

Core competencies, knowledge, and experience

·       Be able to communicate fluently in English

·       Good organisational skills

·       Well controlled and patient when dealing with clients

·       Must be customer focused

·       Must be flexible in approach, and able to work shifts
