Kitroot — Founding Commercial Hire

Kitroot builds an AI-powered observability platform and "SQL Ops Copilot" for SQL Server and Azure SQL. We help technical teams in demanding, regulated environments keep their databases fast, reliable and auditable.

We have a working product, paying interest and real pilots. What we don't have is a commercial engine. That's this role.

What you'll own

• The full cycle: cold outreach, discovery, demo, proposal, close, renewal
• Building the playbook from scratch: ICP, messaging, sequences, pricing conversations, objection handling
• Pipeline hygiene and honest forecasting in the CRM
• Partner and marketplace channels as they open up

• Feeding what you hear in the market back into the product roadmap

   

What we're looking for

• 2–4+ years full-cycle B2B SaaS or technology sales, with quota attainment you can talk about
• Comfortable selling a technical product to technical buyers (DBAs, platform engineers, CTOs) without hiding behind a solutions engineer
• A self-starter: no inherited pipeline, no SDR, no playbook on day one
• Fluent English; Greek is a plus
• Bachelor's degree

• €2000-3500/month base plus commission on everything you close
• Founding-hire scope: you build the function, not inherit it
• Direct access to the founders and the product team, with a fast path to Head of Sales as we scale

• Remote/hybrid, with occasional international travel to clients and events
