CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique group of technology companies operating across a range of industries and disciplines including information security, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. Working closely with the CEO, you will generate new sales opportunities through proactive market research, networking, and cold-calling. As part of your role, you will maintain deep competitive intelligence on buying behaviour, vendor preferences, and integration strategies across Europe, and beyond. Our client is seeking applicants who hold at least 4+ years of experience in a relevant position gained working in Cybersecurity, Enterprise Software, or similar, with an established network of relationships within those domains. An attractive base salary is on offer based on skills and experience, along with a bonus scheme based on revenue generated. This is a fully onsite position based in Larnaca.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Create an action plan with Management to expand business operations in Cyprus and abroad.
• Hunter position, the primary responsibility is to hunt for new business.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold-calling.
• Initiate sales strategy and territory plan for penetrating and opening net new opportunities.
• Build and maintain senior relationships across targeted organizations.
• Maintain deep competitive intelligence on buying behaviour, vendor preferences, and integration strategies across Europe, and beyond.
• Develop, initiate, and execute a sales plan for target accounts, with clear milestones for each stage.
• Provide monthly opportunity status updates and an accurate forecast to management and capture relevant information in the ERP.
• Consistently meet, and ideally exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent the company at events, forums, and partner summits.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or economic disciplines.
• At least 4 years of experience in similar position.
• Sales experience in cybersecurity or enterprise software and/or related consulting services.
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity and IT solutions.
• Proven track record in developing new business and managing B2B/B2C sales cycles, from lead generation to closing contracts.
• Strong customer-facing skills to develop and sustain ongoing relationships.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and organisational skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota.
• Strong organization skills, high activity, effective oral & written communicator.
• A self starter, able to work effectively alone and with a team.
