At Reef Robotics, we introduce smart technology solutions that change the way businesses interact with their guests - making spaces more efficient, more impressive, smart and more modern. We're already making an impact across hospitality, events, and beyond in Cyprus.

Now we're looking for two driven Sales Partners to help us grow.

What you'll be doing

You'll be the person who opens doors. Your job is to identify businesses that would benefit from our smart solutions, spark their interest, and bring them into our world. Specifically:

• Prospecting and generating leads across gastronomy, events, hospitality, offices, and medical clinics
• Building strong relationships with decision-makers in your local market
• Scheduling product demos with our specialist - this is where the magic happens
• Managing your leads and activity in our CRM system
• Supporting the sales process through to closing
• Being the face of Reef Robotics in your city

What we're looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
• An existing network in hospitality, events, F&B, healthcare, or corporate sectors - this is a big plus
• A natural communicator who's comfortable walking into a hotel lobby or a restaurant and starting a conversation
• Genuine interest in technology and innovation - you don't need to be an engineer, but you should get excited about what smart solutions can do for a business
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently without a fixed schedule
• Own a car? Even better - we'll work out reimbursement

How this works

This is a commission-only role - no base salary. That means full flexibility: you keep your current job, freelance work, or other commitments, and treat this as an additional income stream. That said, this isn't a passive role - we're looking for someone who genuinely drives things forward, puts in consistent effort, and grows their earnings by doing so.

Commission: ~10% per closed deal, which with our flagship product means ~€1,500
