Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom visitors.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ceramic tile products.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and pending quotations.
• Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams regarding product availability and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  
  Job Requirements
  
  • Fluent in Greek and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a professional attitude and appearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
