VACANCY
Louis Hotels, a chain of 25 hotels & resorts with over 80 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team at the Head Offices in Nicosia at the position of Secretary.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and optimize the Chief Commercial Officer’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
· Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
· Coordinate and participate in special projects and initiatives led by the CCO.
· Maintain an organized filing system and electronic document management.
· Support the team of Sales and Marketing.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
· Be the liaison between the CCO and the department’s staff & follow up on all expected replies from the S&M staff to the CCO.
Qualifications:
· A minimum of 3 years’ proven experience as a Secretary or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
· Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
· EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
