For our client, a National Group Food Organisation, we are looking to find two Senior Accountants to join their team in Nicosia. The firm has over 30 staff in the Accounting department, so this is an excellent opportunity that offers growth and exposure internally for an ambitious individual. 

Responsibilities: 

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Complete the posting process and provide the audit department with Trial Balance
• Reconcile and maintain all balance sheet accounts (e.g. bank, debtors, creditors reconciliations)
• Maintain bookkeeping for the company.
• Liaison with external auditors
• Report directly to the Accounting Manager 

Requirements: 

• Not qualified. LCCI higher is a must
• Relevant experience in retail will be an advantage. 
• Experience in relevant position 3 to 5 years
• Bookkeeping experience
• Excellent spoken and written knowledge of the Greek and English languages
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Communication and Organization Skills

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 & 1 day 08:00-13:00

Salary:

€26,000 - 32,500 annual gross - depending on experience
