Andersen in Cyprus is seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join its Corporate Department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of Cyprus and international clients, assisting with corporate documentation, statutory filings, banking matters, client records, and internal compliance procedures. The role requires a well-organised and detail-oriented professional with practical experience in corporate administration, strong communication skills, and familiarity with KYC and AML requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day corporate administration matters for a portfolio of client companies, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare, review, and arrange execution of corporate documents, including board resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, declarations, certificates, and other standard corporate documentation.
Assist with filings, applications, and other communications with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities.
Maintain and update internal corporate registries, statutory records, client files, and electronic records in accordance with internal procedures and applicable requirements.
Prepare, process, and monitor bank payment instructions and liaise with banks, clients, and internal teams in relation to banking and corporate administration matters.
Support client onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and file maintenance by collecting, reviewing, and updating KYC documentation in line with the firm’s AML procedures.
Liaise with clients, auditors, banks, legal advisors, governmental authorities, and other service providers in a professional and efficient manner.
Assist with the organisation and administration of corporate transactions, changes in company structures, annual returns, certificates, and other recurring corporate obligations.
Qualifications & Skills
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, preferably within a professional services, accounting, legal, fiduciary, or corporate services environment.
Practical experience with the preparation of board resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, corporate forms, certificates, and other corporate documents.
Familiarity with Cyprus Registrar of Companies procedures, statutory filings, corporate registries, and maintenance of company records.
Good understanding of KYC and AML procedures, including client due diligence documentation and ongoing file updates.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, and ability to work with electronic filing and document management systems.
Discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential client information with care.
