As a Senior Cook, you will face challenges but will also be supported, with your contributions recognized and rewarded. Key Responsibilities:

• Familiar with large-volume cooking equipment in a modern kitchen
• Knowledgeable in all kitchen tasks and menu recipes
• Prepare starters, salads, soups, cold dishes, bread, and pastries for buffet or service
• Maintain high hygiene and health & safety standards
• Able to replace the Team Leader and cover for colleagues as needed

 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate of a Hotel School
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Very good knowledge of local and international cuisine
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
