CHRYSOS OSH LTD is looking for a motivated, organized, and technically competent Senior Health & Safety Consultant to join our growing team in Strovolos, Nicosia.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of professional Occupational Health & Safety consultancy services to clients across various industries, including the construction sector. The role includes preparing technical Health & Safety documentation, conducting inspections, providing practical Health & Safety advice to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and industry best practices.
This position is ideal for an experienced Health & Safety professional who is looking to build a long-term career within a growing consultancy.
Main Responsibilities
Prepare and review ISO Management System and Occupational Health & Safety documentation.
Conduct Health & Safety inspections and prepare reports.
Liaise with clients, contractors and regulatory authorities where necessary.
Maintain accurate electronic project records and technical documentation.
Support the continuous improvement of the Company's consultancy services, management systems and internal procedures.
Undertake any other professional duties relevant to the position as reasonably assigned by Management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering discipline or Occupational Health & Safety.
5–10 years of relevant professional experience in the construction industry and/or Occupational Health & Safety.
Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Technical writing and report preparation skills.
Professional attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
Valid Cyprus driving license.
The Following Will Be Considered an Advantage
NEBOSH or IOSH Short Courses, Certificates, Diplomas or other recognized Health & Safety qualifications.
Previous experience in Health & Safety.
Experience with ISO Management Systems.
Experience working in construction projects.
Knowledge of Cyprus and / or European Occupational Health & Safety legislation.
What We Offer
Gross monthly salary of €2,000–€3,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
Business mileage reimbursement.
Standard annual salary increase of 2%, subject to the Company's salary review policy.
