The Senior Project Manager role is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of modular construction projects, including planning, costing, production coordination, execution, and successful delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery
• Coordinate operations between office, production, and onsite teams
• Oversee production processes, timelines, and quality standards
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs
• Prepare and validate project cost estimates and client quotations
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and materials
• Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions
• Report project status to management

 

Requirements

• Experience as a Project Manager in construction / manufacturing / fit-out
• Knowledge of BOQs and preparation of cost estimates/quotations
• Strong understanding of production and project workflows
• Good commercial awareness and budgeting skills
• Ability to work both in office and production environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Greek and English (Russian is a plus)
