Senior Waiter / Waitress

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced and confident Senior Waiter/Waitress who leads by example and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences. You'll be a key part of the team, ensuring smooth service, maintaining high standards, and supporting both the front and back of house.

Fluent in both English and Greek is a must!!

What You'll Do

• Deliver friendly and professional service to every guest.
• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
• Communicate clearly with customers, the kitchen, the bar, and your colleagues.
• Ensure food and drinks are served accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service.
• Help resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Train and guide junior team members when needed.

What You Bring

• Previous experience as a Senior Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• High standards, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Fluent in both English and Greek.
