Location: Dali Industrial Area, Nicosia
Employment: Full-time
Salary: €1,700–€1,900 gross per month, depending on experience
 

CY Deals is a fast-growing Cyprus e-commerce company specialising in home, fitness and lifestyle products.

We are opening our own warehouse in the Dali area and are looking for an experienced, reliable and highly responsible Senior Warehouse Operative to become our first on-site warehouse employee.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the initial setup and day-to-day operation of the warehouse, while coordinating closely with our operations and e-commerce teams.
 

Main responsibilities

• Set up and organise the warehouse from the beginning.
• Receive, unload and inspect containers and supplier deliveries.
• Move, organise and store pallets and bulky products safely.
• Establish clear product locations and maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
• Pick, check, prepare and dispatch customer orders.
• Coordinate courier collections and incoming deliveries.
• Use the company’s stock-management system to receive products, update inventory and record stock movements.
• Carry out regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Identify and report damaged, missing or incorrectly received products.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Coordinator and other company team members.
• Help document and improve warehouse procedures.
• Train and guide additional warehouse employees as the team grows.

Candidate requirements

• Previous experience working in a warehouse, distribution centre or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock handling and order preparation.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility without continuous on-site supervision.
• Reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable performing physical work, including moving and handling bulky products.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones and digital stock-management systems.
• Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with a digitally organised team.
• Legal right to work in Cyprus.
• A clean criminal record. A criminal record certificate will be required before employment.

Considered an advantage

• Forklift licence and practical forklift experience.
• Experience receiving containers or large supplier deliveries.
• Experience setting up or reorganising a warehouse.
• Experience using warehouse-management or inventory-management software.
• Previous responsibility for training or coordinating warehouse employees.
• Greek language skills.
• Valid driving licence.
