SEO Specialist

Our client, an FX services provider, is currently seeking an SEO Specialist to join its growing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing the Company's SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to improve organic visibility, strengthen brand authority, and drive qualified traffic across multiple markets and brands. The role also involves collaborating with the Marketing team to optimize website performance and ensure best practices across all digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and Chief Commercial Officer
• Research, analyze, and implement SEO keywords across the Company's websites and marketing materials
• Define and execute the Company's Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy across AI search platforms, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Bing Copilot
• Monitor brand visibility and citation share across AI search experiences and traditional search engines
• Improve the Company's online authority through structured data, entity optimization, Wikipedia, Wikidata, and other trusted sources where appropriate
• Build and maintain technical SEO frameworks, including internal linking, hreflang implementation, schema markup, and multi-brand website architecture
• Set measurable SEO objectives and monitor performance against established KPIs
• Monitor daily SEO performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to align SEO initiatives with overall business objectives
• Create and optimize high-quality website content, including landing pages, blog articles, and metadata
• Regularly update website content and links to maximize search engine rankings and organic traffic
• Stay informed on industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging SEO and GEO best practices
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Internal Regulations and procedures
• Perform additional duties as may be reasonably assigned and within the scope of the role

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven experience in SEO with a strong track record managing large, multilingual websites
• Deep technical SEO expertise, including crawl optimization, JavaScript rendering, Core Web Vitals, hreflang implementation, structured data, and large-scale website architecture
• Working knowledge of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and experience measuring brand visibility across AI-powered search platforms
• Experience working across multiple brands, regions, or international markets
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
