With a focus on doing business the way that customers love, we have a new position for a Service Advisor in Nicosia.
Your main duties will include:
Managing customer interactions and ensure a flawless customer service at the reception area of our workshop.
Explaining and supporting customers with details on the work performed on their vehicle and the invoicing.
Communicate customer concerns to technicians and inform customers through out the repair process.
Provide accurate cost estimates to customers along with the timeframe for their vehicles repair or service.
Coordination with Parts department where necessary.
Taking the necessary initiatives to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of previous experience in a similar position in the automotive industry or HORECA industry or a similar field.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Good computer skills.
Valid driving licence.
Ability to work within a team in an organized manner.
