We’re growing our business and looking for a Shift Leader / Delivery Co-Ordinator to join our team in Limassol (Mesa Geitonia) 

 

If you have strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail and well organised, then you have a home at Ocean Basket.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen, restaurant, or delivery-focused food business
• Knowledge of Greek and/or English.
• Comfortable using POS systems and delivery apps
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and ability to support the team.
• Organized, reliable, and ready to perform in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties:

• Set up your section at the beginning of the shift and ensure it is fully ready for operations.
• Ensure all cleaning duties in your section are completed to hygiene and safety standards.
• Communicate stock levels with the kitchen and update aggregator devices accordingly.
• Coordinate all orders received through aggregator devices
• Maintain continuous communication with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Correctly package, store, and dispatch orders to the appropriate delivery aggregators.
• Manage and respond to customer and aggregator feedback during your shift.
• Follow up on internal email communication and take action where required.
• Complete POS end-of-day procedures accurately, including cash-up reconciliation.
