The Site Engineer will oversee and coordinate daily construction activities on site, ensuring all work is completed according to approved plans, quality standards, project timelines, and Cyprus regulations. They will work closely with supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain safety, resolve site issues, manage materials, and ensure smooth project execution.

 

Responsibilities:

• Execute construction works according to approved plans and Mododomus quality standards
• Follow all Cyprus building regulations, safety rules, and permit requirements
• Maintain high workmanship quality and report issues or defects promptly
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Keep the site safe, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety legislation
• Handle materials and equipment responsibly, reporting shortages or damages
• Complete tasks on time and support overall project scheduling

 

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in construction / production environment
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings
• Understanding of Cyprus regulations and Health & Safety standards
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work both on-site and with internal teams
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Fluent in Greek and English
