The company specialises in the development and support of innovative Accounting, Payroll and Business Software solutions, continuously investing in new technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), intelligent automation and cloud-based applications, to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses and accounting professionals.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have a basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting and are comfortable working with computers and software applications.

You do not need to be an experienced accountant or IT specialist. If you have a bookkeeping background, accounting studies, or computer/IT knowledge combined with an understanding of basic accounting principles, we would be interested in hearing from you.

Responsibilities

• As a Software Support Officer, you will receive training on our Accounting, Payroll and Business Software solutions and will assist customers with their day-to-day use.
• Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing telephone, email and remote support to customers.
• Assisting users with our Accounting and Business Software applications.
• Understanding customer queries and providing practical solutions.
• Guiding customers on the correct use of software features.
• Assisting with software setup, configuration and implementation.
• Working closely with our accounting and software development teams.
• Participating in product training and continuously developing your accounting and technical knowledge.

Requirements of the role

• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting.
• Studies or experience in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
• Studies or experience in Computer Science, IT or software applications, together with basic bookkeeping/accounting knowledge.
• Previous experience using Accounting, Payroll or ERP software will considered an advantage.
• Good general computer skills and an interest in technology.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Fluent Greek/English communication
