We are looking for Sous Chef for Jamie Oliver Kitchen, Limassol Marina. We believe eating well is about balance, that’s why we work only with high quality, sustainable products; mainly from local farmers and suppliers but embracing an all around the world food journey which it brings people together, creates memories and spreads joy.
We are looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast paced kitchen
- Passion to work with fresh, local ingredients
- Attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of English and/or Greek
- Computer Knowledge
- Pleasant and dynamic personality
- Experience as Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
· Ensure high quality of food and smooth operation of the kitchen
· Supervise Team and ensure all dishes are prepared to perfection and up to the brand standards
· Ensure excellent Health and Safety standards are followed
· Implement HACCP policies and procedures
· Manage the kitchen team and promote a positive working environment
