We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Souvenir Attendant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in the souvenir shop.
- Provide information about products and help guests with their purchases.
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
- Promote hotel merchandise and special offers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset.
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
