At Kanika Hotels & Resorts, we are proud of our diverse and high-quality dining options, and our kitchen staff plays a vital role in crafting the delectable menus enjoyed by our guests in both the themed restaurants and the main dining room.

As a Steward, your work will be very important in supporting our kitchen brigade in preparing all these delicious meals. While you will face challenges, you will also receive strong support, and your hard work will be acknowledged and rewarded. Key Responsibilities:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils
• Follow instructions to use the correct quantities of chemicals and cleaners
• Safely store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to prevent damage
• Keep kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils clean and organized
• Clean garbage cans and dispose of trash in designated pickup areas
• Assist in transporting supplies and equipment upon request

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in a similar position in 4 or 5-star hotels
• Discreet, efficient and energetic, with pleasant personality
• EU citizen or an EU work permit holder
