On behalf of our client, a leading organization in the design, lifestyle, and building solutions sector, we are seeking to recruit a Store Manager for their showroom in Larnaca.

Role Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, customer-focused professional who enjoys combining design expertise with consultative sales. You will work closely with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and developers, providing tailored product recommendations and design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. From the initial consultation through to quotation preparation, follow-up, and successful project completion, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome and consult with clients visiting the showroom, identifying their needs and providing tailored product and design solutions.
· Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
· Guide clients through product selections, finishes, materials, and design concepts.
· Proactively follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert opportunities into successful sales.
· Achieve individual sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
· Maintain excellent product knowledge and remain up to date with the latest interior design trends and lifestyle solutions.
· Ensure the showroom is presented to the highest standards at all times.
· Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
Candidate Profile
· Previous experience in a showroom, interior design, kitchen & bathroom, furniture, sanitary ware, lighting, tiles, home improvement, architecture, or a similar design-led environment.
· Qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Design, or a related discipline will be considered a strong advantage.
· A genuine passion for interior design, architecture, and creating inspiring living spaces.
· Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Commercially minded, results-driven, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
· Well organised, proactive, and attentive to detail.
· Fluent in Greek and English.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
