✨ Your responsibilities

📊 Sales & Operations Excellence

• Lead and represent the Miele brand across all store touchpoints
• Provide strategic direction and clear vision for store goals and performance
• Coach teams to attract, engage and retain VIP clientele
• Define, implement, and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets
• Track and optimize KPIs to ensure turnover and goal achievement
• Identify local market opportunities and implement growth actions
• Maintain a strong client-centric culture across all store operations
• Stay updated on trends, products & competitors, sharing insights with the team
• Collaborate with marketing, HR, and logistics to align store strategy with company vision

💡 Coordination & Customer Experience

• Ensure sales processes and operational procedures are consistently applied
• Offer direct support in handling customer issues, elevating service quality
• Safeguard premium customer journeys across all touchpoints

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Team Leadership & People Development

• Monitor team performance, set goals, and coach towards excellence
• Inspire and empower team members to unleash their full potential
• Cultivate future leaders and build strong internal succession pipelines

🎯 What You Bring

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree- preferably in Business or Marketing
💬 Fluency in English
📆 Minimum 2 years' experience in retail sales or customer service
💻 SAP knowledge is a plus
