We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurants (Strovolos, Polemidia, Germasogeia, Larnaca) and help lead our teams to success.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service, smooth restaurant operations, and a positive team environment.

Your Role

• Support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring company standards are consistently achieved.
• Lead and motivate the team during shifts, promoting excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, food presentation, and operational efficiency.
• Assist in achieving daily sales, labour cost and operational targets.
• Support shift planning and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Assist with cash handling, float checks and basic administrative duties.
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control procedures.
• Ensure restaurant equipment is operating correctly and report maintenance issues when required.
• Support the onboarding, coaching and development of team members.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, health & safety and operational procedures.
• Act as the person in charge during the absence of the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager when required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), hospitality or restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety and health & safety standards.
• Experience with cash handling, shift coordination and stock control.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software and Microsoft Office).
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Positive attitude, reliability and a hands-on approach.
