Short description:

The Terminal Coordinator is reporting to the Team Leader Terminal. The main area of responsibility is to ensure the smooth, safe, secure and efficient operation of the terminal with due consideration to the provision of high levels of customer service. The successful candidate must be able to carry out shift work on a 24-hours basis.

Other areas of responsibility include:

• overseeing and optimization of the passengers’ flows, processes and activities within the airport
• conduction of terminal inspections
• implementation of all emergency and contingency procedures, when required
• preparation of daily reports

Qualifications:

• High School Degree
• Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management or any other relevant degree will be considered an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Very good knowledge of Greek and English languages (verbal and written)
