Louis Travel continues to uphold this legacy by providing exceptional service and experiences to its clients.

We are looking to recruit a highly organized and customer‑focused Ticketing Ofiicer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support customers with travel arrangements, handle bookings across various systems, and ensure a smooth and professional reservation experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, bookings, and ticket issuance for flights, hotels, and related travel services.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process changes, cancellations, and reissues in accordance with company policies and supplier regulations.
• Verify travel documentation and ensure all bookings are accurate and compliant.
• Coordinate with airlines, tour operators, and service providers to secure availability and resolve any issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of schedules, fares, promotions, and travel policies.

• Assist with general administrative tasks within the reservations department.

   

  Requirements

• “Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies or a related field (e.g., Tourism Management, Hospitality).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office; familiarity with reservation systems preferred).
• Team‑player with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Good command of English; additional languages are considered a plus.
