We are launching a new line of activity and are looking to grow our Training Services Team!
The Centre for Social Innovation (CSI) Ltd. is an organisation that focuses on identifying and solving social problems in the markets and communities where it operates, and delivering high-quality training programmes is central to that mission.
We are currently seeking to recruit a Training Programmes Coordinator. This position is flexible and hybrid, with the option to work from our Nicosia offices or our Limassol offices, in a very attractive work environment, and a great overall package will be offered to the successful candidate.
Salary Range: €1,350–€1,850 gross per month (depending on qualifications and experience) Plus Performance Bonus Scheme
Main Responsibilities:
· Recruit course/training participants to attend CSI’s training programs
· Own the end-to-end administration of programmes approved under the HRDA scheme
· Prepare, file and track all HRDA-related paperwork throughout the lifecycle of each course - before, during and after delivery
· Manage participant sign-ups, monitor attendance, and keep training files complete and current
· Help plan and roll out the promotion of upcoming courses, making sure the right materials reach the right audiences to keep enrolment strong
· Keep every programme aligned with HRDA's rules, timelines and reporting obligations
· Act as the day-to-day point of contact between trainers, participants, and colleagues or partners on administrative questions
· Keep training records tidy, accurate and easy to retrieve
· Network and connect with companies to promote CSI's training courses and build new collaboration opportunities
· Pitch in on administrative work across CSI's wider training and education activities, beyond the HRDA-funded courses, as the need arises
Minimum Qualifications:
· University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or Degree of a level equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree) or Diploma or Certificate or other study title or qualifications in relevant field
· At least one (1) year of related experience in training or programme administration
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written
· Ability to handle information with accuracy, proficient computer skills and the ability to meet deadlines
· Strong organizational skills, team player, results-oriented and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
· Results-oriented and able to work independently to complete assigned tasks
· Goal-oriented and hard-working
· Willing and able to acquire and share knowledge
· Ability to collaborate and work in a team
Additional Qualifications that will be considered as an advantage:
· Prior exposure to HRDA-approved programmes or HRDA-funded training processes
· Experience coordinating training or educational activities in a similar setting
· HRDA Certified Trainer – Lifelong Learning Trainer (Level 5)*
*Note: If a certified trainer, the candidate will have the opportunity to design and deliver his/her own training programmes, with extra remuneration schemes.
