About the role
Travelhouse is looking for a reliable, organised, and service-minded person to join our travel team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, solving problems, and managing details carefully. You will handle travel requests, prepare travel options, communicate with airlines and suppliers, and support clients before, during, and after their trips.
We are open to different levels of experience. Previous experience in travel, reservations, ticketing, aviation, hospitality, or customer service will be considered an advantage, but we are also happy to meet candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
For experienced candidates, the role can include more responsibility in corporate travel, complex itineraries, client handling, ticketing, and supplier coordination.
What you will do
• Handle client travel requests by email, phone, and internal systems
• Assist with flight, hotel, transfer, insurance, and other travel arrangements
• Prepare clear travel options and help clients choose the most suitable solution
• Communicate with clients, airlines, hotels, suppliers, and partners
• Support clients with changes, cancellations, special requests, and travel questions
• Check travel documents and relevant travel information where needed
• Use and gradually develop knowledge of booking systems, travel platforms, and internal tools
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure bookings are completed accurately and on time
• Work closely with the team on daily travel operations and client support
What we are looking for
• Excellent command of Greek and English
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organised, responsible, and attentive to detail
• Calm and professional when handling urgent or time-sensitive requests
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• College or university degree will be considered an advantage
• Previous experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, reservations, customer service, or administration will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge of Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus, or other reservation systems will be considered a strong advantage
• Driving licence will be considered an advantage
