Salary: €1,600 – €2,000 Gross per month (Based on experience) 

About the Role:

Periyiali Konnos Villas Beach Resort is seeking a highly active, meticulous, and energetic Villa Quality & Safety Supervisor to join our on-site operations team.

Please Note: This is a premium, hands-on, on-the-floor position. The successful candidate will spend their shift actively walking the resort, inspecting villas, and coordinating on-site teams. This is a high-movement role with minimal desk work—we are looking for a dynamic professional who leads by example on the field.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Elite Check-Out Inspections & Damage Control

• Conduct rigorous physical inspections of all checking-out villas within the tight mid-day window.
• Verify property condition, check for structural or furnishing damage, and ensure all luxury resort inventory is accounted for.
• Report villa clearances instantly to the Front Office to facilitate smooth, rapid deposit releases or guest charges before departure.
• Securely log and process any high-value lost-and-found items left behind by guests.

2. Resort Health & Safety Compliance

• Perform daily safety checks inside the villas (verifying balcony railing stability, sliding door locks, and individual villa pool gate safety mechanisms).
• Audit common areas, steps, and beach pathways daily to eliminate slip, trip, and fall hazards.
• Ensure all fire safety equipment, smoke detectors, and emergency lighting within the villas are fully functional and compliant.

3. Housekeeping Supervision & Presentation (Non-Check-Out Hours)

• Actively supervise the housekeeping team on the floor, cross-checking their work to guarantee 5-star resort presentation standards (amenity placement, linen crispness, and flawless villa setups).
• Oversee the morning distribution and afternoon collection of linens and cleaning assets to minimize waste.

4. Maintenance & Guest Coordination

• Bridge the gap between Front Office and Maintenance by physically guiding technicians to villas for urgent repairs and signing off on the quality of work.
• Personally attend to high-profile guests for villa-related requests, amenity handovers, or minor operational inquiries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in Housekeeping, Quality Assurance, or Hotel Operations within a 4-star or 5-star resort environment.
• Fluency in both Greek and English is mandatory (to effectively communicate with our international guests and multicultural team).
• Exceptional eye for detail and zero tolerance for subpar cleanliness or safety hazards.
• Strong communication and time-management skills to handle high-pressure check-out hours seamlessly.
• Physically fit and comfortable maintaining a high pace across a sprawling villa resort layout.
• Valid driver’s license (experience driving resort buggies is a plus).
