As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in guest interactions, contributing significantly to our renowned food and beverage service. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and escort guests to their tables
Present the menu and provide detailed information when needed
Deliver excellent service to ensure guest satisfaction
Make menu recommendations and answer questions
Know various table setups and F&B equipment terms
Understand the types of chinaware, silverware, and glassware used in F&B operations
Efficiently manage reservations and handle phone calls professionally
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role at a 4 or 5-star hotel
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills and strong English proficiency
Team player with strong organizational abilities
Friendly demeanour and positive attitude towards guests and colleagues

Kanika is a name that is synonymous with hotels, construction and development in Cyprus. A name that echoes five decades of operation and continuous growth. Founded in 1962 by Mr. Theodosis Karaolis, Kanika has grown in size, reputation and service.
