The role requires high attention to detail, someone who enjoys communication and interaction with various external parties as well as colleagues in other office locations.&nbsp;The Group operates in Shipping industry and engages in trading, cargo, ship ownership and chartering activity, with offices in various locations in Europe, Middle East and Asia. They have been around for more than 2 decades. All finance and corporate matters are managed by the Limassol office team.&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>This is a great opportunity to gain such diverse cross border experience. Group is growing and finance department is growing with it. </li><li>There is opportunity to take on more responsibilities.</li><li>The ideal candidate should have good level of organisational skills and analytical skills</li><li>Russian language is an advantage</li><li>Accounting background or experience is not required, but would be a plus</li><li>Group name will be disclosed if your resume is selected for an interview process</li></ul>&nbsp;Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist FD with various daily tasks and requirements such as:</li><li>Manage relationships with accounting, fiduciaries and legal firms providing services for group offices globally (local submissions, local accounts, local payrolls, etc)</li><li>Bank relationships and communication, primarily with respect to opening new accounts</li><li>Control over group counterparties onboarding and compliance process</li><li>Assist in preparation of management analysis and reports (in excel)</li><li>Assist with audit preparation in different jurisdictions</li><li>Invoicing, payments in bank, various other daily finance/accounting tasks</li></ul>The employee:<ul><li>Russian language is a strong advantage</li><li>You will have excellent communication skills, since your job would require maintaining relationships with a number of external parties</li><li>You will have high attention to detail, as you will need to deal with corporate documentation and excel</li><li>You will interact with all the group offices during the course of you work</li><li>This position is based in Cyprus and will be part of local team but also in daily communication directly with FD who is based between Europe and Cyprus</li></ul>&nbsp;
