Manpower Cyprus,&nbsp;on behalf of a client, a family office based in&nbsp;Nicosia,&nbsp;is seeking to recruit an&nbsp;Accounting Officer&nbsp;who will also perform&nbsp;Personal Assistant&nbsp;duties, in a combined role that includes administrative, secretarial, and accounting responsibilities.&nbsp;Duties:<ul><li>Process accounting transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ledgers.</li><li>Assist with account closing procedures and preparation of financial statements for audit.</li><li>Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.</li><li>Enter financial data into accounting systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT and Income Tax returns.</li><li>Perform any other related duties as assigned.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for phone calls and emails, handling inquiries and messages.</li><li>Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.</li><li>Handle filing, photocopying, and general correspondence.</li><li>Organise travel arrangements and handle personal errands and administrative tasks as required.</li></ul>&nbsp;Essential Requirements:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of accounting with relevant certification.</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of office administration and secretarial support.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English (written and spoken).</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Highly organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.</li><li>Trustworthy with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.</li></ul>&nbsp;How to Apply:&nbsp;Interested applicants should apply to the following link:&nbsp;<a href="https://ffi.sh/F3Uif">https://ffi.sh/F3Uif</a>&nbsp;Alternatively, you can call 22710000.All applications will be handled confidentially.
