As a&nbsp;Compliance&nbsp;Officer, you'll ensure the company operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks, including&nbsp;CySEC,&nbsp;FCA,&nbsp;SCB, and other relevant licenses or jurisdictions. Responsibilities&nbsp;<ul><li>Draft and update compliance policies and procedures</li><li>Perform compliance audits and desk-based reviews under the firm’s Compliance Monitoring Program (CMP)</li><li>Assist in the coordination and support of external audits, inspections and providing required documentation.</li><li>Assist in drafting and updating compliance policies, procedures, and the CMP Investigate and document compliance breaches and client complaints as required</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>4+ years of previous experience in a compliance role</li><li>Experience with CySEC regulations is required</li><li>Previous experience in&nbsp;CBC&nbsp;will be considered as a high advantage</li><li>Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law</li><li>Understanding of financial markets</li><li>Able to work independently within a global and multi-cultural company.</li><li>Sound knowledge of laws, regulations, and directives</li><li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li></ul>Our benefits<ul><li>Excellent compensation package</li><li>Medical insurance</li><li>Provident fund</li><li>In-house gym with a personal trainer</li><li>Free daily lunch catering, snacks, and beverages</li><li>Company discount card for various products &amp; services</li><li>21 days of annual leave and 10 days of sick leave annually</li><li>Shuttle bus service from Limassol</li><li>CySEC certificate reimbursement&nbsp;</li><li>Birthday gift</li></ul>
