Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Aviation Industry - HEAVYTECH MROWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial operations and long-term financial strategy of our aviation group. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive financial management experience, and a solid background in the aviation industry.The CFO will play a key role in supporting executive management, optimizing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth across the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, and forecasting</li><li>Oversee accounting, treasury, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting</li><li>Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, lessors, and regulatory authorities</li><li>Monitor and improve financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency</li><li>Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and risk management procedures</li><li>Support aircraft financing, leasing, acquisitions, and capital raising activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and aviation regulations</li><li>Provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors</li><li>Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team</li><li>Prepare management reports, KPIs, and business performance analysis</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial executive</li><li>Mandatory experience in the aviation industry</li><li>Strong knowledge of aviation finance, leasing structures, and operational economics</li><li>Excellent understanding of corporate finance, financial planning, and risk management</li><li>Experience with audits, tax planning, and regulatory compliance</li><li>Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field</li><li>CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification will be considered an advantage</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li><li>English language is mandatory&nbsp;</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Senior leadership role within a growing aviation organization</li><li>Competitive remuneration package</li><li>Opportunity to contribute to strategic growth and expansion</li><li>Professional and international working environment</li></ul>To apply, please submit your CV and cover letter.
