The firm is dedicated to driving sustainable growth, managing reputational and regulatory risks, and empowering clients to achieve strategic objectives through high-impact advisory services.&nbsp;Role DescriptionThe Finance Associate is responsible for managing the day-to-day financial operations of the group and supporting selected clients with financial and regulatory reporting.This is a hands-on role focused on financial reporting, control, budgeting, and regulatory-aligned financial support, with increasing responsibility as the group scales.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:Internal Finance<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across group entities, including general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end and year-end close processes.</li><li>Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports in accordance with IFRS and applicable local requirements.</li><li>Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts; monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital; and provide variance and performance analysis to leadership.</li><li>Coordinate external audits, tax filings, VAT preparation and filling and statutory reporting across jurisdictions in collaboration with external advisors.</li><li>Design, implement, and continuously improve financial policies, controls, and risk management frameworks to support a growing multi-entity group.</li><li>Ensure data quality, consistency, and transparency across financial systems and reporting structures.</li></ul>&nbsp;Client Finance &amp; Regulatory Support<ul><li>Assist clients with preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.</li><li>Support clients in monitoring capital, liquidity, and prudential metrics in line with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in preparation of regulatory and prudential financial reports and submissions.</li><li>Support client teams in implementing accounting processes and basic internal controls.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, regulators, and advisors on routine finance and reporting matters.</li></ul>&nbsp;Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent) is mandatory.</li><li>3-5 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or financial management roles, preferably within regulated financial services, advisory, or multi-entity environments.</li><li>Knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing full financial statements, budgets, and forecasts is prefered.</li><li>Solid understanding of capital adequacy, liquidity monitoring, and prudential reporting requirements in regulated financial services.</li><li>Demonstrated experience implementing and operating financial controls, policies, and risk frameworks.</li><li>High level of accuracy, integrity, discretion, and reliability.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to engage credibly with leadership, clients, auditors, and regulators.</li><li>Proficiency with accounting and reporting systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with regulatory reporting platforms is an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and a clear progression path based on performance.</li><li>Exposure to complex, multi-jurisdictional financial and regulatory environments.</li><li>Direct access to leadership and meaningful responsibility.</li><li>A modern, collaborative, and professional working environment in Nicosia.</li><li>Long-term growth opportunities within a fast-growing organization</li></ul>
