Responsibilities:&nbsp;This job position has the following responsibilities and duties:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead and manage audits across a portfolio of clients in various industries (e.g., investment, finance, trading) in compliance with ISA, IFRS, and Companies Law (Cap 133)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Review audit files, financial statements, and documentation prepared by team members, ensuring quality control and compliance standards are met·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Plan, execute, and complete audits efficiently, including staff allocation, budgeting, and monitoring engagement progress·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Assess risk, design audit procedures, and guide engagement teams throughout the audit cycle·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coach, mentor, and develop senior staff; promote knowledge sharing and technical growth·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle client communications, attend meetings, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Oversee billing, fee collection, and contribute to competitive audit proposals and business development efforts·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Stay current with auditing standards, IFRS, Companies Law, tax, VAT, AML, and compliance through continuous learning·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform additional duties as required by the role.&nbsp;Requirements:&nbsp;The successful candidate should have the following skills, education, and experience:&nbsp;·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in accounting or related field; 8+ years of audit experience, including 5+ post-qualification years·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Strong technical knowledge in audit, IFRS, Cyprus tax/VAT, and CaseWare; IT literate·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proven leadership in managing teams, coaching staff, and building strong client relationships·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills; fluent in Greek and English (other languages are a plus)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to continuous improvement and quality service delivery.&nbsp;Our firm offers:&nbsp;•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; An attractive and competitive remuneration package in accordance with qualifications and experience•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bonus based on performance•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Flexible working hours•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Three days of paid sick leave per year•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Corporate parking paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Opportunities for professional growth and advancement•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Training events that will help both your personal and professional development paid by the company•&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Participation in our various corporate events and activities.&nbsp;Application:&nbsp;If you are a motivated professional looking to advance your career and join a dynamic and growing team, please submit your resume, cover letter, and references to <a href="mailto:recruitment@splcy.com?subject=SeniorAuditManager/1/2026">recruitment@splcy.com</a>.
