Job Title: Foreclosures Specialist&nbsp;The company doValue Cyprus Limited&nbsp;Responsibilities·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The successful candidate will be a member of the Foreclosures Department and will report to the Foreclosures Manager.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Knowledge of foreclosure legislation and procedures·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Carrying out foreclosure procedures as provided for by the relevant legislation·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Handle the allocated portfolio; make decisions on a daily basis in accordance with the policy of the Company·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Provide support to the Foreclosures Manager·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Prepare reports on a regular basis for the Foreclosures Manager·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager of the Department Profile of the ideal candidate·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelor’s (BA / BSc) and / or Master's degree in Mathematics/ Finance / Business Administration / Accounting or other related field·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Previous experience in a related field will be considered an advantage·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Results-driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent analytical and organizational skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Effective time management skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; High levels of integrity and work ethics·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written&nbsp;&nbsp;Location&nbsp;doValue Offices in Nicosia BenefitsAn attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.
