Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Developing and implementing housekeeping systems and procedures</li><li>Preparing and managing the housekeeping budget, ensuring efficient use of resources</li><li>Recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping staff</li><li>Monitoring and maintaining inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment</li><li>Inspecting rooms, public areas, and grounds for cleanliness and appearance</li><li>Ensuring adherence to safety and sanitary regulations</li><li>Planning work schedules for individuals and teams</li><li>Dealing with any customer issues related to housekeeping</li><li>Coordinating with other departments, such as maintenance or front office, to ensure that all rooms are kept clean and ready for guests</li><li>Organizing and directing periodic deep cleaning tasks</li><li>Evaluating performance of housekeeping staff and provide necessary feedback</li></ul>If interested please send your CV to: <a href="mailto:gm@atherbalhotel.com">gm@atherbalhotel.com</a>.
