Job and Duties Description:<ul><li>Prepare food items according to instructions from the kitchen management team and established recipes.</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service at all times.</li><li>Receive, check, and properly store ingredients and supplies as required.</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work station in compliance with health and safety standards.</li><li>Report any equipment issues, shortages, or operational deficiencies to the kitchen supervisory team.</li><li>Support and guide junior team members when required.</li><li>Work efficiently as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar cook/chef role within a professional kitchen.</li><li>Good knowledge of kitchen equipment, food handling, and preparation techniques.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a professional work ethic.</li><li>Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.</li><li>EU citizenship or valid work permit for Cyprus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package including 13th salary and a positive working environment.</li><li>Career development opportunities within an international hotel brand.</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented kitchen culture.</li><li>Access to the global Accor network with exclusive employee discounts.</li></ul>
