Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and manage administrative procedures related to real estate transactions and property matters</li><li>Assist with the preparation, review, and organisation of sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, and other property-related documentation</li><li>Liaise with clients, government authorities, land registry offices, banks, and other stakeholders</li><li>Monitor transaction timelines and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time</li><li>Maintain and update client files, records, and databases</li><li>Conduct property-related searches and assist with due diligence procedures</li><li>Support the Real Estate Department with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Property Administrator, or in a similar administrative role</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English</li><li>Strong computer literacy and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Experience in handling legal, property, or conveyancing documentation will be considered an advantage</li><li>Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative and responsibility</li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefits<ul><li>13th salary</li><li>Continuous education and professional development opportunities</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment</li><li>Pension Fund</li></ul>&nbsp;Applicants should send their CV to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:careers@lawllt.com">careers@lawllt.com</a>.
