DIG Digital Innovation Group Ltd, the company behind Treedia, Cyprus’ premium Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) media network, is growing and looking for a motivated Business Operations Associate to join our team. &nbsp;At Treedia, you’ll work at the intersection of technology, marketing and sustainability, supporting digital campaigns, clients, business operations, and new projects. &nbsp;No prior professional experience is required. Whether you’re a recent graduate or starting your career, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience, take ownership, and grow with a fast-moving startup. &nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Digital Content Management: Upload, schedule, and manage advertising campaigns across our digital screen network using our Content Management System (CMS).</li><li>Client Success &amp; Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their campaign materials are received and executed flawlessly.</li><li>Financial Operations: Issue invoices, follow up on collections, and keep our accounting systems updated to support financial reporting.</li><li>Sales &amp; Group Support: Collaborate actively with the sales team, coordinate with Group associates, and assist with smooth operations across various company projects.</li><li>Data &amp; Reporting: Compile and prepare operational performance reports for Management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Languages: Fluent in both English and Greek.</li><li>Education: Academic background in Business Administration (BBA) or a closely related field.</li><li>Tech Fluency: Highly computer literate and tech-savvy, with a natural comfort in adapting to new software and digital tools.</li><li>Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.</li><li>Autonomy: Proven ability to work remotely, manage your time effectively, and operate independently.</li></ul>Bonus Points (Advantageous Skills)<ul><li>Degree or specialized coursework in Management Information Systems (MIS), Marketing, or Digital Media.</li><li>Familiarity with digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).</li><li>A basic understanding of accounting principles.</li><li>Hands-on experience in marketing or digital media execution.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Startup Exposure: Gain hands-on experience across digital media, advertising technology, business operations, sustainability initiatives, and entrepreneurship.
