About the role:PM MTF LTD, a CySEC-regulated Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF), is seeking an Execution Officer to oversee the Company's order execution function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective management and oversight of the brokerage function, ensuring the execution of client orders in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and the Company's Best Execution and Order Handling frameworks.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee the daily execution function, ensuring the efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of client orders.</li><li>Ensure that all client orders are received, validated, transmitted, and executed in accordance with the Company’s Best Execution Policy and Order Handling procedures.</li><li>Oversee pre-trade controls, order validation processes, and execution workflows.</li><li>Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping of all orders and transactions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.</li><li>Work closely with the Compliance and Risk functions to monitor execution quality, identify potential conflicts of interest, and ensure adherence to internal policies.</li><li>Support ongoing monitoring, internal reviews, and audits of the execution function.</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management and the Board on execution performance, operational issues, and control effectiveness.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of execution processes and operational efficiency.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>BSc/MSc in Finance, Economics or any other relevant field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in brokerage, dealing, trading, execution services or similar role within a regulated financial services environment.</li><li>Solid understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and order execution processes.</li><li>Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, including MiFID II and MiCAR.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.</li><li>CySEC Advanced and/or AML certification will be considered an advantage.</li></ul>&nbsp;Working ArrangementsThis is an on-site position based in Nicosia, Cyprus. Applicants must currently reside in Cyprus and be legally eligible to work in Cyprus.Working hours are Monday to Friday, eight (8) hours per day, with the option to work remotely one day per week.&nbsp;
