About THP Panayiotides LtdTHP Panayiotides Ltd is a professional services firm providing Audit, Accounting, Tax, Advisory and Business Consulting services to local and international clients. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to recruit a Junior Auditor for our Audit Department in Nicosia.&nbsp;The RoleThe successful candidate will support the audit team in carrying out audit assignments and will receive training and guidance to develop their professional skills in audit and accounting.&nbsp;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the execution of statutory audit assignments.</li><li>Perform basic audit testing and documentation.</li><li>Support the preparation of financial statements.</li><li>Assist with KYC and client due diligence procedures.</li><li>Communicate with clients to request and gather information.</li><li>Work closely with senior auditors and managers on audit engagements.</li><li>Support general administrative and audit-related tasks.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements<ul><li>University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.</li><li>ACCA trainee or interest in pursuing ACCA qualification.</li><li>0–2 years of experience in audit or accounting (internships included).</li><li>Basic knowledge of IFRS and ISA standards.</li><li>Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).</li><li>Good command of the English language.</li></ul>&nbsp;Personal Skills<ul><li>Willingness to learn and develop professionally.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a structured and fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good time management and organisational skills.</li></ul>&nbsp;What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Continuous training and professional development.</li><li>Friendly and supportive working environment.</li><li>Career progression opportunities.</li><li>Friday afternoon off.</li><li>THP is a Gold Approved Employer for ACCA trainee development.</li><li>One day working from home</li></ul>&nbsp;Working HoursMonday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible starting time between 07:00 and 09:00) Friday: 08:00 – 13:30
