CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of Accounting, Consulting, Tax, Audit, and other professional services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Audit Assistant Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will support the planning, execution and completion of audit engagements, supervise audit teams, and ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRs) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs). Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or similar, who posses approximately 3+ years of &nbsp;professional audit experience, preferably with a medium or large size Audit Firm. Holders of, or those working towards the ACA and/or ACCA qualification are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will need to have strong knowledge of IFRS and ISA, as well as a good knowledge of CaseWare. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, 13th salary, provident fund, flexible working hours, and 1 day per week remote working option.&nbsp;Key Duties/Responsibilities:&nbsp;<ul><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing audit engagements for a portfolio of clients.</li><li>Supervise, guide, and review the work of audit seniors and juniors.</li><li>Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with IFRSs, ISAs, and firm methodologies.</li><li>Identify audit issues and provide practical recommendations to clients.</li><li>Prepare and review audit working papers and financial statements.</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, management, and internal teams.</li><li>Ensure assignments are completed within agreed timelines and reporting deadlines.</li><li>Support Audit Managers and Partners on complex or high-risk audit areas.</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes and team development.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Skills/Experience:&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another related field.</li><li>ACA/ACCA qualification or attending the final stages of the qualification.</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years, of professional audit experience, preferably with a medium or large size Audit Firm.</li><li>Very good knowledge of the IFRS’s and ISAs.</li><li>Computer literacy, including knowledge of CaseWare.</li><li>Pleasant personality, professionalism, ability to work with a team and, when necessary, to work under strict reporting deadlines.</li><li>Ambition to have a career as an Auditor and expand your knowledge and experience.</li></ul>&nbsp;Key Benefits:&nbsp;<ul><li>Attractive salary based on skills and experience.</li><li>13th salary.</li><li>Provident Fund.</li><li>Friday afternoon’s off.</li><li>2 afternoon’s off per week during June – August. &nbsp;</li><li>38 hours work per week.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Hybrid (1 Day from Home).</li><li>Casual dress code.</li></ul>&nbsp;To apply for this vacancy, please send your CV, along with any covering letter to&nbsp;<a href="mailto:jobs@careerfinders.com.cy">jobs@careerfinders.com.cy</a>&nbsp;quoting the reference number ERG9192.
