We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Health &amp;&nbsp;Safety (H&amp;S) Officer to play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of workplace safety.&nbsp;If you are hands-on, organised, and ready to drive a proactive safety culture across our Group, we want YOU to join our dynamic People &amp; Culture team at XM!&nbsp;&nbsp;The main responsibilities of the position include:<ul><li>Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the Group’s H&amp;S framework, ensuring it&nbsp;remains aligned with applicable legislation and industry best practices</li><li>Perform comprehensive workplace inspections and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards&nbsp;and recommend effective corrective and preventive measures</li><li>&nbsp;Regularly evaluate compliance with H&amp;S regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures, ensuring all identified gaps are addressed promptly</li><li>Maintain meticulous H&amp;S documentation and registers, including risk assessments, incident reports,&nbsp;and employee training records</li><li>Support the investigation of workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses, utilising root cause&nbsp;analysis to develop robust corrective action plans</li><li>Coordinate H&amp;S training programs, employee inductions, awareness initiatives, and emergency&nbsp;preparedness activities</li><li>Assist in the preparation of H&amp;S reports, metrics, and updates for management and relevant internal&nbsp;or external stakeholders</li><li>Promote a proactive safety culture across the Group by encouraging awareness, accountability, and&nbsp;best practices at every level</li><li>Partner with different departments on initiatives related to workplace safety and operational risk&nbsp;management</li></ul>&nbsp;Main requirements:<ul><li>University degree in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related&nbsp;field</li><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Health &amp; Safety or HSE role</li><li>Strong knowledge of Cyprus Health &amp; Safety legislation and the practical application of H&amp;S&nbsp;principles</li><li>Relevant professional certifications will be considered a significant advantage</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills with high attention to detail</li><li>Fluency in both Greek and English (verbal and written)</li><li>High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>&nbsp;Benefit from:<ul><li>Attractive remuneration package plus performance related reward</li><li>Private health insurance</li><li>Corporate pension fund</li><li>Intellectually stimulating work environment</li><li>Continuous personal development and international training opportunities</li></ul>&nbsp;The Hiring Experience: What Awaits You<ul><li>Deep Dive – First Interview with Your Future Team</li><li>Test your edge – Personality Assessment</li><li>Final Connection – Final Interview</li></ul>&nbsp;All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality! &nbsp;
